Club
We also
order from Frontier Coop as buying club.
We anticipate ordering monthly with the delivery the week before the
UNFI delivery. Orders are drop shipped to a coordinator's
home & then brought to the next UNFI delivery.

Frontier- individual baskets deadline
Friday (March 19) before group order is submitted (Monday March
22).
Our March
Frontier order is slated to be submitted to coordinate with the
March 29 UNFI delivery. If folks need items before that date we can
discuss having more than one order from the March sales catalog.

Remember:
1)
When more than one person logs on to Frontier the baskets can get
mucked up.
a) Check the email list before sending
your logging on email. I recommend checking the list
on the web
at the very least do a ?send and
receive? to download new email before sending your logging on email
b) send an email head-ups with
log-on (with date & time) in the subject line to our
MP-Frontier email list

(with date & time) in the subject line to our MP-Frontier email

2) Please copy
and paste your basket items and total into an email & send it
to me at (orders@marketplaceco-op.org) .
If you can print the page as a PDF file and email it to me that
would rock my boat! If you need to add items just make a new
basket for your new items. It the very least send me an email with
your total so I can calculate when we get to $250.00
3) I
do quite a bit of behind-the-curtain spreadsheet work on the group
order before submitting the group order to Frontier so there is a
usually a day between the deadline and when I actually submit the
order. Adding on after the deadline mucks up my work.
New
protocol: Do not log in to add items after the group deadline date
generally Friday before group order is submitted. If you need to
add something after the deadline please contact me & _wait for a
reply_ before adding items.
Only members of the co-op are allowed
direct access to our Frontier ordering area and not even all
members have been given access. Anyone with access can commit
an order so I need to be sure that a person has the computer skills
needed and can follow the instructions before granting him/her
access. To submit an order if you haven?t been given access to the
Frontier ordering system submit orders to me ( orders@marketplaceco-op.org )
in this format (a spreadsheet is appreciated) :

The Quick Order Form allows easy
entry of your order if you know item numbers and quantities.
How to use the Quick Order Form
1. Enter the item number, tab to the
quantity area, type in the quantity, tab to the next line. The item
description and price will automatically be filled in for you.
2. Click Update Basket to add items
from the form to your Basket Contents.
If the number of items you want
exceeds the lines on the form, simply click "update basket" and
continue entering at the bottom of the Basket Contents page.
3. You can remove the items from the
Basket Contents by clicking on the trashcan icon following the item
and then "update basket."

How to save your order for later
1. If you wish to start an order now,
but complete it later, first follow steps 1 and 2 above.
2. Then click on the Save Order
button. Enter a name in the Order Name
(NAME HERE) space, and click Save
Current Basket.
How to add items to a saved order
1. Click on My Orders. Click Move to
Basket to add the items to your shopping basket. The items will be
placed in your basket and the saved order deleted.
2 To add to the order and resave,
click on Quick Order Form.
3. Enter in the items you would like
to add, and click Update Basket.
2. Click on the Save Order button.
Enter a name in the Order Name space, and click Save Current Basket.
How to retrieve a saved order
1. Sign In with your User Name and
Password. Click on My Orders.
2. Click Move to Basket to add the
items to your shopping basket. The items will be placed in your
basket and the saved order deleted.
3. If you wish to add further items,
use the Quick Order Form or browse the site to find the products you
need.
